Make a point to visit 40-acre Hawaii Tropical Botanical Garden, one of our favorite attractions, at 27-717 Old Mamalahoa Highway. HTGB does a fantastic job displaying "a vast variety of palms, heliconias, gingers, bromeliads, and hundreds of other rare and exotic plants from all parts of the tropical world - presently more than 2,000 species."
