We like to hop on a bus from Ngong Ping Village and head for old Tai O fishing village in western Lantau. Tai O is a great place to wander around and see how people used to (and still) live.
Stop by and patronize the many small businesses during your walk and you just may come across some of the most delicious freshly cooked scallops with garlic on the half shell like we did. Yummy!
