The outstanding main courses then arrived - Steamed Fresh Flowery Crab with Aged ShaoXing Wine, Fragrant Chicken Oil and Flat Rice Noodles,… Braised Spare Ribs with Preserved Plums in Caramelized Black Vinegar, and Braised Layered Beancurd with Morel and Chinese Mushrooms. By the time we ended our perfect meal at The Chairman with a sweet Hot Almond Tea dessert, we were both smiling from ear to ear and enjoying our pleasant time in foodie heaven.
