Follow the crowds (and the cute little dog with sunglasses!) towards the waterfront to visit the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre. Each morning at approximately 7:50 am, tourists gather at the Centre in front of the Golden Bauhinia flower sculpture to watch the raising of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region flag.
