A short hike up and past the left side of the beach will lead you to Ka Ulu O Laka Heiau, a sacred place of worship dedicated to Laka, the goddess of the hula. |

Members from Hawaii's famous hula schools still make the trip up to leave special offerings for Laka at the heiau. Kee Beach State Park is also the official starting point of the rugged Na Pali Coast. |
