At the southern end of Lihue town, Nawiliwili Harbor offers many tourist attractions. Drive up Hulemalu Road for a wonderful overlook of Menehune Fish Pond.
As was the case in Waimea town, the hardworking Menehune were apparently also responsible for building the 900-foot long stone wall here that formed the ancient fish pond in one night's time.
