After eating, drive parallel to Hilo's Wailuku River up Waianuenue Ave. and you'll see signs pointing the way to picturesque Rainbow Falls. The 80-foot falls covers a cave that legend says is the home of Hina, mother to the Hawaiian demigod Maui. Beautiful Rainbow Falls is one of the easiest waterfalls to find and explore in the entire state.
