The tempura udon at Ichiban Okazuya is a delicious find, and you can't go wrong with the incredible Vietnamese dishes at A Saigon Café.		Also try the giant pancake breakfast at Tasty Crust and the locally famous dry-mein at Sam Sato's. These are all well regarded Maui institutions.
