Chef Sia, the private chef for our small group, expertly prepared magical Modern Japanese dishes on a teppanyaki grill including Marinated Botan Shrimp with Sea Urchin and Oscietra Caviar, Australian Abalone with Polenta, Tomato and Garlic Cream, ... and Japanese Ohmi Wagyu Roll from Shiga Prefecture with Wasabi and Citrus Soy.  We truly savored every moment of our wonderful meal at Waku Ghin.
